Master Ryan Kanable, a 5th degree black belt under Master Paul Bauer, has been training in Tae Kwon Do for almost 20 years. In that time, he’s learned much about the art of Tae Kwon Do, from the physicality of kicks and punches to the mentality of patience and perseverence.

Many forms, countless sparring matches, hundreds of board breaks, and loads of self-defense techniques later, Master Kanable now enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. He promotes a positive attitude and discipline as essential tools for achieving martial arts success. Anyone not giving 110% during every workout is not getting the most out of martial arts.
