Coach Nick Centra

Dr. Nick Centra is from a small town in central Pennsylvania called Dubois, PA.  After an elbow injury that kept him out of competition his freshman year, Nick was a high school varsity starter 10th-12th grade.  During his high school career he was PA District 9 AAA champion at 135 lbs and was ranked in the top 20 in the state of PA.  After high school Nick continued wrestling at Washington and Jefferson College as the starter at 141 lbs.  Throughout his college career he was named President Athletic Conference (PAC) wrestler of the month on numerous occasions, as well as a team captain his sophomore year.  Nick was the PAC champion at 141 lbs in 2009.  After his sophomore year, he decided to focus on his studies and ended up coaching the youth program at McGuffey school district in PA.  He has given private coaching lessons over the years and is currently a volunteer coach at Craig High School.  Nick got his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and currently owns his own clinic in Janesville with his wife Dr. Tara Centra.
