Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (The Gentle Art) is very unique compared to most other martial arts. It’s composed of ground fighting and grappling techniques to neutralize an opponent instead of punches and kicks, and has very practical methods for all types of fighting and self defense.  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training and movements are very technical and provide physical & mental strength, but require much practice and discipline for mastery.  Classes are fast paced and fun for students.  Special focuses on gaining self confidence and camaraderie, and making and exceeding personal goals, as well as live fighter preparation training for competition and MMA fighting. 


Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program Consists of the same specified techniques as the adult BJJ program although at a youth level pace.  Operates on the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu premise “the smaller, weaker opponent can defeat a larger, stronger opponent, using skill and mechanical strength (leverage) vs size and pure, physical strength.  Learning and mastering the principle movements and techniques of Jiu Jitsu is challenging, yet very acrobatic and fun.  Instruction is very hands on and detail oriented.  Technical drills, fun drills, and live grappling are regular during class times.  “There is no losing in jiu jitsu: there is winning, and there is learning.”

Adult Tae Kwon Do Program - Consists of learning & mastering both basic and advanced techniques and curriculum of traditional Tae Kwon Do, including self defense techniques, anaerobic and aerobic workouts, technical drills, forms, sparring, and board breaking. Belt promotions will occur when a student achieves mastery in the required techniques.   Also focuses on mental and ethical toughness, discipline, etiquette, integrity, respect, and self confidence.

BenKick

Kickboxing ProgramThe Fearless MMA Kickboxing Program consists of learning and mastering the basic and advanced techniques of stand up striking, including punches, kicks, knees, elbows, trips, and sweeps, along with footwork & striking defense.  A strong emphasis is put toward conditioning, and students should expect a fun, yet fast and intense cardiovascular and muscular workout.  Classes are also geared toward competition in Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, and American Style Kickboxing.   

We also train in the “sweet science” of boxing.  Students enjoy learning all the skills employed by proficient boxers; from footwork to punch mechanics, situational boxing, advanced combination work, head and body movement, and everything in between.  It is fast paced, fun, and a tremendous workout!


MMA - The Mixed Martial Arts program is a combination of all the skills taught in every class at Fearless MMA, including stand up striking, ground fighting, clinch work, and take downs to work in seamless conjunction with each other, in preparation for live competition.  This is a very intense program focussing on the development and training of fighters of all levels, whether a student is aspiring to fight competitively or to just wishes to advance their martial arts skills.  A large portion of the training will constitute the physical and mental conditioning to be ready to cage fight.  Be ready to work hard, but also to have fun and learn a lot!

Strength & Conditioning - is designed to maximize cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength/explosiveness.  If you goals are to be healthier, shed fat, get in tremendous shape, and add lean muscle; then this is the class for you! Only 1/2 hour long, it’s intensity offers a huge challenge to even the most fit athletes, while being fun and attainable for people on their DAY 1 of getting in shape.  Students will develop strength, power, and explosion while using body and weighted resistance.  Each session is different and customizable to students with injuries, specific goals or fitness levels.
